When the client places an order, they by default agree to all of our terms and conditions as follows:

TAXES & DUTIES

For Resident Indian Customers,
The Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all GST,taxes and duties. 

For International Customers,
Most countries are shipped our orders to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs department of the recipients country on arrival.

 

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website, we cannot guarantee that your display will be completely accurate, as screens of electronic devices vary in how they represent different colors.

 

SIZING


The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Most products listed on www.opusatelier.in are true to size and fitted to the provided body measurements. In case of any queries please refer to the size chart provided on each product page. In case of custom sizing orders please provide body measurements only. In case of any size discrepancy we, at Opus Atelier we will try our best to alter the size of the product in case of any discrepancy from the size provided. All orders are made to order and non refundable/exchangeable. All body measurements to be provided in inches as per the sizing form.

 

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Opus Atelier will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Opus Atelier will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit for a period of 45 days after the promised delivery date. In case of no communication/response from client over this 45 day period, Opus Atelier will discard the product and not be liable to refund the client for the booking/advance amount paid.

 

DELIVERY

Domestic

Product will be delivered in 30 - 75 days depending on the outfit ordered. Please note that deliveries can be delayed in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
3. Incorrect/Incomplete Measurements
4. Delayed response from the customer

International

When ordering a product, it's important to note that the delivery timeline can range from 30-75 days for us to ship your order depending on the outfit selected. However, it's also important to provide accurate and complete information to avoid any potential delays. This includes ensuring that complete payment is received, providing accurate address details, and providing correct and complete measurements. Additionally, delays can occur if there is a delayed response from the customer. Please keep these factors in mind when planning for the delivery of your order.

International delivery timelines post us shipping your order when it is ready vary depending on the shipping carrier, origin and destination countries, and shipping method selected. Typically, express shipping options offer the fastest delivery times, ranging from 1-5 business days, while standard shipping can take anywhere from 5-20 business days. Delays can occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, and other factors outside of the carrier's control. It is important to check the specific carrier's policies and estimated delivery times for your shipment, and to factor in any potential delays when planning your delivery timeline. 

WASH AND CARE


All garments have to be dry cleaned only as mentioned on wash care instructions mentioned on the website and,also we would recommended please make note of the instructions while placing the order. Please note that Opus Atelier products are hand embroidered and embellished Over time with wear and tear the embroidered fabric may not hold up to its original form.

VARIATION IN PRODUCT
Each piece goes through hand done processes like hand dyeing, spinning, cutting, and embroidery making each piece unique in nature, hence no two pieces are similar and there is a slight variation in bespoke (made to measure) orders

PAYMENT TERMS

PAYMENTS:
All payments made against the purchases/services on Opusatelier.in by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Aashi Designs. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

Opus Atelier may employ Pay U,Razorpay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Opus Atelier which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
